The Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Packed with vitamins and minerals, seeds and berries, this is a perfect way to start your day!


You will need...


Juicer & blender

1 medium banana
1 handful of frozen berries
1 apple
2 carrots
1 orange
1 slice lemon
1 red or pink grapefruit, peeled
1 thumb size piece of ginger, peeled
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cold milled flaxseeds



To make...

Serves 2

  1. In your juicer layer the apple first, then pile up with the lemon, ginger, grapefruit, orange and finally the carrots, push them all through
  2. Place all the other ingredients into your blender with the juice and blend for 2 minutes
  3. Pour into two glasses and drink immediately!
