Rose Harissa Chicken & Avocado Wraps

Quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a packed lunch and high in protein and Iron.  Rose harissa can now be found in most supermarkets and is a pantry must have!


You will need...


Frying pan

2 chicken breasts (no skin, no bone)
4 corn or sweet chilli tortilla wraps
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp Rose Harissa paste
Squeeze of lemon
Seasoning



To make...

Serves 2-4

  1. Thinly slice the chicken, season well and mix with the rose harissa paste
  2. Gently heat the frying pan and cook the chicken on medium for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Slice the avocado
  4. Warm the wraps 
  5. Lay the wraps out and layer with spinach & avocado
  6. Once the chicken is cooked through, squeeze over the lemon & leave to rest for a few minutes
  7. Divide the chicken between the wraps
  8. Fold each end of the wrap, then wrap up like a swiss roll and cut in half
  9. Can be served hot or cold
