Raspberry Pistachio Frozen Yoghurt Bowls

These little beauties are so simple to make and can be whipped up in minutes.  Feel free to experiment with any soft fruits.  Greek yoghurt is incredibly good for you and high in calcium.  Greek yoghurt also contains live cultures, which are essential to aid our digestive systems


You will need...

Food processor or blender

Ingredients

 500g 0% Greek yoghurt
300g raspberries
3 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp honey

To serve

12 raspberries
3 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 chunks good quality dark chocolate


To make...

Serves 6

  1. Add the yoghurt, raspberries, vanilla extract and honey to the blender, blend until smooth
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 small bowls or glasses, freeze overnight
  3. Remove them from the freezer 15 minutes before you want to serve them.  Add the fresh raspberries, chopped pistachios and finely grate the chocolate over the yoghurt
  4. Serve immediately
