Quick Pickled Radish

Pickling vegetables is very easy as they end up with such an amazing crunch and depth of flavour.  Radishes may be small but they are full high in valuable nutrients.  Pickled radishes are delicious served with salads, stir fries, wraps, plant based burgers or beef or simply on their own!


You will need...

Small bowl 
Small jar with a lid
15 radishes
80ml red wine vinegar
80ml water
1 tbsp unrefined golden caster sugar
1 tbsp Maldon sea salt


To make...

1 jar

  1. Wash the radishes, remove the leaves and roots, slice thinly
  2. In a small bowl simply mix together the vinegar, sugar, water and salt
  3. Add the radishes to the jar a pour over the vinegar mix
  4. Place in the fridge and leave for 25 minutes, then its ready to serve
  5. They will keep in an air tight jar in the fridge for 2 weeks
