Avocado toasts have been around for a while now but they really are so easy to prepare and delicious. Avocados are seriously good for you and are high in all the good fats that our bodies need to function properly! They also work really well will eggs, smoked salmon, feta cheese and tomatoes. They are perfect for breakfast or a light snack. Feel free to add any topping you fancy!
You will need...
3-4 slices of rye bread or sourdough
1 large avocado (very ripe)
Handful of strawberries, cut in half
Handful of blueberries
Handful of black grapes
